Herman and Gerda’s plantation consists of resistant grape varieties such as Regent, Reberger, and Johanniter, which delivers both red and white wine.
The vineyard is kept free of weeds via mechanised weed control, without pesticides or other chemicals.
The entire process, from grape to wine, occurs on the domain.
