After consulting with experts from the Champagne region, Paul and An Vleminckx planted 21,000 vines of Chardonnay in 1994 to produce a sparkling wine.
A clear, pale yellow colour with rich and abundant bubbles give this sparkling wine a festive look.
Ripe fruit provides a refreshing and charming flavour that is nicely accentuated by an elegant, acidic tone that also ensures a pleasant aftertaste.
